Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for IT positions across the U.S. using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals. Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver top-quality profiles. Conduct initial screening interviews (phone/Zoom) to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, visa status (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), and cultural fit. Negotiate compensation, benefits, and contract terms with candidates. Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) regularly with candidate data and hiring activity. Keep up with current trends in IT hiring, technologies, and U.S. immigration and employment laws.

Processing refunds for customers in accordance with company policy (e.g., due to cancellations, service issues, returns). Provisioning services or products, which means setting up, activating, or delivering services to customers (common in telecom, IT, e-commerce, and SaaS industries). Ensuring timely resolution of refund and provisioning requests. Coordinating with internal teams such as finance, operations, logistics, or technical departments. Maintaining records of transactions and customer interactions. Reviewing and validating refund requests. Initiating refund processes through payment gateways or internal tools. Monitoring service provisioning queues and ensuring timely completion. Handling customer complaints related to refunds or service delivery. Updating CRM systems with status reports and transaction details. Communicating with customers via email, chat, or phone.
