- Develop Sales in the SEA countries, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, ME countries - Engage distributor in execute business plans and strategy for the designated distributor group and maintain or exceed agreed annual sales and gross profit targets. Where necessary, make recommendations and implement action plans to ensure targets are achieved - Develop, organize and oversee accounts in the assigned territory including the development of innovative & creative marketing strategies to grow market share by country & by region - To maintain a high degree of knowledge of company products and procedures and ensure distributor training needs in relation to these products and procedures are fully met

-Develop Sales in the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, ME countries -Work with International Sales teams to ensure entry into APAC and ME accounts and the develop the business -Liaise and support distributors such as initiate and sustain product trainings with distributors -Work with distributors to plan and execute sales and marketing strategies and activities according to IDT policies and goals -Determine sales targets, evaluate distributor performance, and be responsible for revenue achievement for the applicable countries and customers

-Engage distributors to execute sales and marketing plans -Work with Sales Managers and Marketing Manager to define marketing strategy/plans/targets -Coordinate and support sales/ business development activities for international markets -Conduct market research, data mining to increase customers database -Monitor and analyze related competitive information -Support in developing marketing collaterals -Administer marketing budget and generate marketing reports
