Achievements: - Have been recognized with a "Moment Award 2024" in the Drive Results category. - Successfully achieved a 100% staffing goal for building the software team in Brazil during 2022/2023, resulting in the hiring of nearly 100 employees. - During the same period, doubled the overall headcount in the Brazil region. - Was recognized as the recruiter with the highest message acceptance rate on LinkedIn globally at Motorola Solutions.

Sourcing and interviewing candidates in Brazil, Colombia, Ukraine, Georgia and Uzbekistan.

• Attract candidates by using job boards, social media, etc; • Conduct interviews; • Provide, evaluate psychological and assessment tests (AC, D2, MVR, Palográfico, Pfister, Profiler, QUATI, TADIM, Z-Teste “Técnica de Zulliger”), with summaries and reports; • completing paperwork for new hires.

• Candidate pre-screening by telephone; • Application and revision of psychological tests; • Assists with the maintenance of permanent and electronic records in Riosoft Mix; • Organize physical CV’s.
