RAN Operation Engineer responsible for Execution of BSS and RAN corrective/preventive maintenance activities and Communicate with NOC for escalations to 3rd tier support and CARE for more specialized support: The scope of the assignments includes: • Manage, maintain and troubleshoot the entire network through IManger U2000 (Huawei) & NetNumen (ZTE) software’s, follow-up open cases, escalate pending issues, also take necessary first line actions to resolve issues in coordination with related parties. • Daily configuration, upgrade and maintenance of the network using IManger U2000 & NetNumen for 2G, 3G, 4G and Wimax technologies, take right approvals for major changes, timely react and execute different configuration scenario's that is requested from other parties. • Preparing Scripts of different type of operations according to the frequency planning and RAN planning data base. • Frequently doing network consistency checks, Follow up inconsistency problems. • Responsible for co-operating with the technical support (upgrades, faults) of 3rd party equipment and Care (BSC&RNC, BTS&Nodeb&eNodeb of Huawei and ZTE technologies) • Liaise with Hardware Services for spares requirements and inventories • Specialized support (troubleshooting, diagnostics, etc.) to NOC monitoring and field maintenance teams 24/7 available in case of major or critical faults or upgrades and retrofits. • Provides technical support to RF Planning to plan/execute network HW/SW changes

Network Operation Center Engineer (NOC) responsible for management and monitoring of the entire network, also responsible for site configuration, upgrade, maintenance and day to day management of the network. The scope of the assignments includes: • Manage, maintain and troubleshoot the entire network through IManger U2000 (Huawei) & NetNumen (ZTE) software’s, timely create and report tickets, follow-up open cases, escalate pending issues, also take necessary first line actions to resolve issues in coordination with related parties. • Daily configuration, upgrade and maintenance of the network using IManger U2000 & NetNumen for 2G, 3G, 4G and Wimax technologies, take right approvals for major changes, timely react and execute different configuration scenario's that is requested from other parties. • Preparing Scripts of different type of operations according to the frequency planning and BSS data base. • Coordinate and follow up with all Engineering departments and Call Center for any operations or upgrades. • Prepare professional NOC and performance reports for identifying network availability, major outages and abnormal network trends & stats and form resolutions for those faults in weekly and monthly basis. • Frequently doing network consistency checks, Follow up inconsistency problems. I participated in Umniah Phase 10&11 Projects its objective is to expand 2G&3G network through the country to enhance coverage areas, I configured and commissioned 2G/3G sites and I participated in Umniah Phase 1 LTE its objective is to provide 4G (LTE FDD and LTE TDD) coverage through the country.

Main duties provide Live Shot, Feed, SNG and OB for clients that operate with ABS. Satellite links equipment are available and deployed efficiently.As a broadcast engineer we should: 1. Monitor the quality and accuracy of the on-air product. 2. Trouble shooting equipment malfunction as fast as possible. 3. Ensuring transmission meets government regulation. 4. Ensure inserting the right parameters in the transmission equipment ( Bit Rate, Symbol Rate, U/L Frequency, Modulation Type, Encoding Type, FEC, Type of Interface, Roll off). to ensure high quality transmission 5.Locate the required satellite orbit from the satellite dish by using a spectrum analysis. Main duties provide GSM voice and SMS, GPRS, CAMEL, 3G for the operators across the world and daily management, maintenance and Implementation for the roaming services for other operators. The scope of the assignment includes: • Establish new GSM roaming relations including Voice and SMS. • Establish new services beside GSM as GPRS, 3G and CAMEL. • Implementing necessary configurations on VLR, HLR, SGSN, GGSN and IT border gateway nodes. • Perform standard roaming tests: IR24 for voice and SMS testing, IR35 for GPRS, IR50 for 3G testing and IR32 for CAMEL testing. • Launch voice, SMS, data, 3G & CAMEL connections between Orange & operators across the world. • Perform call trace by using tracing tools, to trouble shoot and detect any problem through the network. • Monitor all the problems and issues including Voice, SMS, MMS and GPRS. Insuring high quality of service results for roaming operations. • Monthly health check for all roaming services.
