About
I can help your engineering team (firmware/software) to create better performance. [Positive Feedback To Me] “A subordinate with great problem-solving skills, making a team more productive. A good communicator with solid firmware knowledge.” –from supervisors “A pro with patience, calmness, and a responsible attitude.” –from clients “A reliable leader with hands-on skills, able to clearly express goals to drive us to well perform.” –from teams [Family Education] I know it’s unlike other pros ... But, my mum is the person I truly admire. She has a strong faith and worked hard to provide me with the best education as she possibly could. What impresses me most is that she always can maintain positive thinking and an optimistic attitude to deal with challenges. Besides, she has strong empathy. This upbringing allowed me to grow up to be a different technical leader. [How I Lead a Team] My family's education inspired me to be a leader who took care of both soft and hard skills. For example, after the referral to Western Digital as a director, I revealed myself as a leader who could: 1) Stand in others’ shoes to effectively communicate, 2) Exchange ideas with patience and an open mind, 3) Think extensively to take care of all details, 4) Facilitate panel meetings to help all stakeholders to learn about the latest updates, 5) Initiate a talk-to-build relationship with other teams. 6) Plan ahead. Prepare solutions for possible risks to minimize risks. These characteristics helped my team to work more productively and efficiently. [Entered Western Digital] My plan and preparation helped me to enter Western Digital, broadening my horizons and starting to collaborate globally. In Western Digital, I delivered a presentation every 3 months and had regular talks with my supervisor weekly. This experience polished my leadership, English, and communication skills. When this job ended, it led me to learn about LinkedIn. [Now And Future] During my leisure time, I would absorb new knowledge such as AI, cloud services, and other technology trends that seem to be interesting from different places. Thank you for reading. Feel free to connect with me and exchange ideas for inspirations.
