Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the coaching collective's day-to-day operations. This includes managing systems, workflows, and teams to ensure seamless client delivery, program execution, and business scalability. Developed U.S. curriculum and facilitated multi-level Navy SEAL Training programs for in-class and real-time experiential exercises for a 12-month program. Provided analysis and reporting of training effectiveness on the feedback of 63 various program / exercise issues resulting in critical changes of command-level troop protocols. Coordinated and led eight synchronized pre-exercise meetings providing role-players with fidelity, scope, and direction, resulting in three highly effective and successful Troop-level culminating exercises. Orchestrated and managed 43 cross-functional physical, educational, and leadership training requirements throughout each three-week exercise resulting in certifications necessary for deployment. Provided over 50 administrative and scenario-based updates and improvements resulting in a more effective and smoother coordination effort for all future exercises.

Conducted numerous Career Development Boards, Warfare Training Boards, and Human Factors Counseling to support Leadership Development resulting in four promotions, six Warfare Qualifications, and one Officer Candidate Package submission. Oversaw the development, initiation, and completion of four training programs, 23 training iterations, and the tracking of $2.1M worth of department gear and equipment, resulting in 100% accountability of gear and mission readiness. Established the command's first operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), greatly enhancing the effectiveness of the command to support deployed forces.

Provided oversight, guidance, and direction as the Non-Commissioned Officer-in-Charge and Advanced Special Operations Techniques Manager, leading to full accountability of all issued equipment and the successful management of operational planning and execution. Conducted weekly Director briefs, case management reviews and monthly performance assessments providing feedback and guidance to support the development of 26 cases throughout East Africa. Developed, coordinated, and successfully led an annual Sensitive Activities Symposium, sharing best practices with innovation breakouts between senior military leaders and multiple inter-agency personnel.
