As a Men's Embodiment Coach, I work with Men that suffer from 9-5 burnout, depression, divorce, anxiety and addictions. I am a Certified Breathwork Teacher and also a Men's Work Facilitator. I teach Men a holistic way to connect to their Masculine Core and experience a life of purpose, passion and deeper intimacy with breathwork, meditative practices and embodiment routines.
