• Support and business partner IT (80 headcount) and HR shared services (40 headcount) department on HR matters • Focusing on managing day to day HR operational activities and partnering stakeholders such as recruitment, sourcing for candidates, liaising with agencies, interviews, salary proposal and negotiation, onboarding, exit management and discipline cases • Completed re-org for the IT team in Workday system • Point of contact and managed employees for HR queries and policies • Represented HR to plan and coordinate companywide event – Global Keppelites Forum 2020 • Kickstarted and managed discussions with potential vendors on SLA review for HR Shared Services department

• Managed budgeting exercise for whole HR shared services department, presented to all BU HR Heads • Managed HR Service Request Tool and provided continuous improvements to system processes • Workday Reporting & configuration • Fronted Auditors regarding HR systems, policies, processes and system accesses • Quarterly group reporting for Keppel Corporation board paper (headcount) • Annual reporting for sustainability report (headcount) • Process improvement – conducted access right checks, inclusive of workday administrator audit trail review • Employee data point of contact • Adhoc HR duties & projects • Additional project on co-leading campus recruitment for internships (KIP) and management associates (KAP). • Screening through resumes, contacting previous good performing interns to sign up for KAP, surfacing profiles to talent partners in the BUs, organized operational and logistics for assessment centers

• Project Harmony – Implementing Workday and Shared Services • Produced a video on upcoming, to-be implemented systems (SAP Fiori, Concur, and Workday). Video to be shared with all employees to understand what is the company undergoing and benefits they will experience from these systems • Assisted in designing contents in employee communications for Project Harmony • Assisting & discussing with various Business Process Owners to make changes to HR process flows in Visio software • Elaborated process flows for easier understanding with more detailed step by step guides on what to be done by related roles • Assisting in overseas Workday rollout. Consolidated data, collect information and prepared PowerPoint slides to be shared to relevant parties • Account Manager for Keppel Corporation & Keppel Transport & Telecommunications • Fronting employee inquiries for KCL & KTT.
