Regional responsibility for the management of over 850,000 sq. ft of colocation data centers in seven cities. • Operational Budget Management: Co-managed a $12M data center maintenance budget along with a capital project budget of $7M within 1% under budget for FY2020. • Team Leadership: Provided mentorship for 7 teams that included 35 personnel. Prioritized Gallup survey initiatives of increased communication and material availability raising scores by 10%. • Process Improvement: Recognized lack of Computerized Maintenance Management System and critical equipment End of Life program and implemented both from scratch leading to easier SOC audits, failure analysis, and capital budgeting. Annual reviewer of over 20 published standards including authoring 7. • Construction and Commissioning: Provide technical review for Engineering “basis of design” documents for new builds. Participate in construction meetings, review 3rd party commissioning procedures, and compare against Flexential standards for compliance. Travel on-site for commissioning support for Operations team. • Operational Excellence: 24x7 available to troubleshoot site incidents to maintain customer uptime. Travel to sites to perform Operations audits, promote culture, and act as bench strength for area managers on PTO.

Commission switchgear, UPS, cooling, generator, fire suppression systems in new and existing data centers. • Hyperscale Commissioning: Commission large data center builds including working with OEM vendors to complete Level 1 – 5 commissioning. • Quality Assurance and Control: Drafted and finalized all commissioning procedures. Performed power quality testing, mechanical heat load testing, automated controls testing, infrared scanning, and sequence of operations testing. • Acted as Owner’s Representation for new equipment and system acceptance.

Formally Switch and Data - acquired by Equinix Regionally responsible for critical equipment and locally responsible for Atlanta site operations. • AT1 Build and Commission: Performed startup and commissioning alongside 3rd party Commissioning Agent for 90k sq ft raised floor support equipment. Accepted site, assisted with Maximo implementation, authored SOP library, and hired engineer personnel. • Atlanta, Miami, DC Metro: 24x7 Tier 3 support. Worked with vendors and site personnel to perform all major preventative maintenance items, site construction upgrades, and new equipment commissioning.

Nuclear Electrician’s Mate (EMN2) testing, operating, and maintaining nuclear plant electrical equipment. • Refueling Complex Overhaul Shift Supervisor: Oversaw 20 nuclear electricians during the USS Carl Vinson’s 4 year nuclear refueling shipyard evolution. This included overseeing startup, functional testing, and commissioning of turbine generators, emergency diesel generators and various motors throughout the aircraft carrier while on shift which led to meeting the overhaul schedule and achieving operational readiness. • Nuclear Training Coordinator: Coordinated 80 nuclear electricians’ training and requalification leading to 100% crew watch standing availability.
