I am the founder of Robot Run Pty Ltd, a leading service robotics provider based in Australia and New Zealand. With a Master’s degree in Accounting and Management from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), my career began at Taobao Ltd., where I gained multi-industry experience across e-commerce, business consulting, and property operations. Since 2018, I’ve focused on the robotics sector, working across product testing, solution development, and international business partnerships. In 2022, I founded Robot Run to bridge high-tech manufacturing from China with local applications in Australia. Today, we are the exclusive distributor of top-tier brands such as Ecovacs and Aubo Robotics in ANZ, offering a wide range of solutions—covering carpet and hard-floor cleaning, food and beverage delivery, retail automation, and AI-driven services. Robot Run has deployed robots across major airports, cinemas, shopping centres, clubs, and hospitality venues. We also collaborate with universities in both China and Australia to drive innovation and talent development in smart robotics. My vision is to create a new generation of customizable, service-oriented robot applications and position Robot Run as Australia’s most trusted robotics platform.
