* Coordinate the proper fire system placement and install, test and repair systems as required to ensure there are no problems or malfunctions - * Weld using manual metal arc welding equipment * Fabricate and install ferrous pressure piping * Connect static storage tanks for fixed fire protection systems * Fabricate and install fire hydrant and hose reel systems * Install control valve assemblies, actuating devices and local alarms * Install special hazard systems * Install domestic and residential life safety sprinkler systems * Test and maintain fire hydrant and hose reel installations * Install distribution and range pipes * Fit off sprinkler heads, controls, and ancillary equipment * Test the integrity of water-based fire protection systems using pressure * Test and maintain automatic fire sprinklers * Fabricate and install steel pressure piping * Install water pumps sets * Install water services

* Ensure all mechanical maintenance and construction for the LNG plant including - * Pre-Commissioning pressure testing * Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing of piping systems * Line walking, test set up, line blowing/drying and reinstatement using flange management * Install valves, pipe work and using a flange management system * Read and interpret PNID (piping and instrument diagrams) and isometric drawings * Conduct inspections using borescope for cleanliness and defects * Oversee employees regarding pressure testing * Sign off of required client documentation for pressure testing that meets and exceeds design pressure * Attend company and client pre-start meetings * Adhere to all OHS requirements including JHA and incident reporting * Certified Permit Holder and authorised Lock-Out/Tag-Out * Key Achievement – Seconded to the position of Leading Hand and required to oversee other employees as well as finalise documentation for pressure testing capability
