In my current role, I lead pre-award assessments to ensure due diligence for grantees. I prepare and review sub-grant agreements, and recommend compliance modifications. I facilitate communication between teams and partners, onboard new team members, and oversee processes to guarantee compliance with donor regulations. My responsibilities also include conducting site visits and providing capacity-building support, ensuring effective financial management and adherence to organizational and USAID policies.

I managed 13 EU-funded subgrants under the NAZAHA project, focusing on Social Accountability and Public Participation. Overseeing the second project component, I evaluated proposals from across Jordan to select the best 13 CSOs. I monitored their reporting processes, conducted field visits for training, and maintained daily communication to provide support. I led a task force to streamline reporting and compiled financial and narrative updates for the donor, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives. Additionally, I participated in training on social media and communication to enhance project visibility and impact.

Promoted cosmetic services to companies throughout Jordan, for the added benefit of providing discounted perks to their employees. Headed the marketing team and managed our accounts on all sides of the aisle; clients, customers and end-users. I went above and beyond by supporting customers and making sure the services provided were beneficial to their employees. I also approached possible clients and customers and successfully sold our services in B2B meetings. I was committed to growing this business and exceeding sales targets. I used my strong communication skills to follow-up with clients and customers. I was also very instrumental in designing their website and their application software to be more functional, reliable and user-friendly.
