 Develop effective forecast reports for an entire category based on market trends and demand patterns.  Develop Purchase Orders by maintaining inventory levels, product availability, specs and price options.  Monitor procurement inventories and keep track of all supply dates and scheduled shipments.  Ensuring accuracy in all stock and inventory management systems.  Deliver information on the metrics used to determine safety stocks, inventory planning and future estimates.  Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts and budgets.  Conduct weekly forecast maintenance.  Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

 Collect relevant quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.  Oversee the different stages of a company project to ensure that expenses follow the forecast plan.  Identify labor, material, costs and time requirements by researching proposals, blueprints, and any related documents.  Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.  Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.  Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new ones.  Present prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.  Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications.  Monitor procurement inventories and keep track of all supply dates and scheduled shipments.
