Implement and enhance robust quality control systems, incorporating industry best practices and standards to drive consistent and superior product quality. Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Establishment of standards for OTR, WVTR, GC, hot tack and bond strengths of laminates. Lead investigations into quality issues, applying root cause analysis methodologies to identify and address the underlying factors contributing to deviations. Define and monitor key quality metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the production process. Foster collaboration with production, R&D, and other relevant departments to ensure a holistic approach to quality control and continuous improvements.

Direct and manage the production in accordance with the quality standards and ensure that the products are manufactured within the specified tolerance levels. Assure readiness of department resources – Man, Method, Material, Machine to react to urgent orders from customers. Planning and execution of preventative maintenance over Comexi Nexus SL-2, Nord Meccanica Super Simplex and Nord Meccanica Super Combi 4000. Effective job planning/scheduling to ensure longer job runs resulting in economies of scale. • Standardization of process parameters and inputs to achieve best possible optics, strengths and mechanical performance of laminates.
