🔧 Quality Control Engineer | Al Shafar GRC L.L.C | GRC 📍 UAE | #GRC #QualityControl #Construction #Engineering •Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with project specifications and applicable standards. •Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to GRC works. •Conduct site inspections for GRC panel installation, alignment, jointing, and anchoring to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. •Monitor and verify installation tolerances, levels, and verticality of GRC panels. •Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of GRC panels at site. •Witness and coordinate material testing and pull-out tests for anchors and fixings. •Raise and manage Inspection Requests (WIR/IR) and coordinate with consultants for approvals. •Identify non-conformities and initiate NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) with corrective and preventive actions. •Conduct quality audits and ensure implementation of corrective actions. •Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues. •Maintain quality records, checklists, and documentation for all GRC activities. •Ensure compliance with project specifications, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and method statements.
