I co-founded KFM with the vision of building one of the GCC’s leading media companies. From our early beginnings to a 100+ person team today, I’ve been deeply involved in shaping the systems, teams, and creative strategies that fuel our growth. My role bridges creativity and operations - serving our brand partners by ensuring every campaign delivers measurable impact, while leading cross-functional teams in project management and production to align speed, quality, and virality. Our platforms have now generated over 1 billion total views across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook. Today, I lead the 5osh Fkra Platforms division with a focus on impactful leadership and creative excellence. My work centers on creating viral content rooted in psychology - understanding what truly captures attention and drives people to take action. By combining this creative intuition with structured execution, I enable teams to deliver work that not only performs at scale but also shapes culture across the region. Throughout my life and career, I’ve learned that the best things rarely happen inside your comfort zone. Every turning point, from creative risks to leadership challenges, came from daring to stretch what I thought I was capable of. That mindset continues to guide how I lead, create, and grow - always seeking the edge where potential turns into progress.
