With an expertise in both the operations and real estate sides of the hospitality and leisure industry, Warren led many of the sector's larger business advisory engagements across the country for PwC, with a focus on corporate strategy and business planning, restructuring, portfolio transaction analyses, and market positioning. Warren has held the CRE and CCIM designations for commercial real estate, and is a former member of the Urban Land Institute's Hotel Development Council, having served as its Vice Chair - Membership. A frequent industry spokesperson, Warren has appeared on CNN and CNBC, and been quoted on industry issues by numerous news services, including Reuters and Associated Press, and in various news publications, including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and USA Today, as well as industry trade journals. Warren was also editor of PwC's thought leadership publications Hospitality Directions US and Manhattan Lodging Index.
