Set-Up and run various components in the Mill-Turn Department, Fanuc controlled DN Solutions Machines, 2 SMX 3100 and one MX 3100, also 1 Twin Spindle Twin turret Lathe with Bar feeder.

I took care of 15-20 Employyes on my shift by mkaing sure we all got home safetly and meeting and exceeding our daily quotas. I also Championed the Research and Development of Carbon parts and CNC 5 Axis Milling. We had a quality turning deprtment with Y axis lathe too. Go Hayden!

I created a digital Library of voer 1400 parts and maintain 6 High Speed extrusion Lines, We Designed and Researched the best Dies and Vacuum tables for extruding Plastic tube shapes. I used Solidowrks combined with GibbsCAM to produce any item, part shape we could need imagine or think of.

I ran a CNC lathe with a 12" for years. A VTL occasionally with a 88" bed a few Haas VF 8/9's a Nice Toshiba Boring Mill, A Haas EC 1600 with 4th axis platter.

I was able to Set-up and run Western Canada's first Mazak integrex 410HS, that machine was incredible, I sure miss it

I work with a Mechanical Engineer building his reations for the agricultural industry, we supported farmers 24/7 365 days a week, nothinig was to big or small... Putting a chopper on a lathe is something all machinists should do :).
