I am a hardware design engineer specializing in power electronics, high speed digital, FPGA centric systems, and RF PCB design, with a strong focus on electrically demanding, noise sensitive, and performance critical applications. My work centers on integrating switching power stages, high speed digital logic, and RF signal chains onto robust, manufacturable multilayer PCBs. In power electronics, I design isolated and non-isolated DC-DC converters, battery powered systems, and power distribution networks for high current and fast transient loads. I place strong emphasis on switch-node containment, current loop minimization, gate drive optimization, thermal management, protection circuitry, and EMI/EMC mitigation particularly in mixed-signal environments shared with FPGA and RF subsystems. For high speed and FPGA design, I develop platforms supporting interfaces such as DDRx, LVDS, MIPI, SerDes, PCIe, and high speed ADC/DAC links. My layouts are driven by disciplined signal integrity and power integrity practices, including stack-up planning, controlled impedance routing, length and skew control, reference plane continuity, and decoupling strategies tailored to fast edge rates and tight timing margins. In RF PCB design, I implement low-noise and high-frequency signal paths from MHz through multi-GHz ranges, including LNAs, PAs, filters, matching networks, and antenna interfaces. I apply proven RF layout techniques impedance matching, isolation, grounding, shielding, and partitioning to ensure predictable performance while coexisting with high dv/dt power stages and high-speed digital switching. My end-to-end workflow spans system architecture, schematic capture, stack-up definition, SI/PI and EMI risk analysis, PCB layout, DFM/DFA review, and hardware bring-up. I am proficient with Altium Designer, KiCad, Cadence Allegro, and EasyEDA I validate designs using oscilloscopes, VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and power analysis tools. I deliver reliable, production ready hardware for communications, instrumentation, embedded computing, and power conversion systems where electrical performance and electromagnetic control are paramount.
