Broadly, this encompasses product supply, core return management & tooling management. Also responsible for a separate warehouse operating independently as a 3PL for international Aviation OEM's to stock & supply aviation parts to local customers in the APAC region. Began in the Clay & Concrete Division as 'Supply Chain Leader - NSW', responsible for all Supply Chain activities. In Jan '03, was promoted to National Supply Chain Manager for the Boral Bricks division, with 7 indirect reports, to schedule production & product movement between states, including export to Japan, Korea & New Zealand. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement all production planning requirements. - Implement a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Process - Develop inventory management systems and implement at plant level overseeing operational effectiveness. - Represent the Supply Chain in an IT functionality review & subsequent ERP Implementation into the business.

Encompassed responsibility for Supply Chain activities & product supply projects within the Asia Pacific region, with plants located in Australia, Japan, Korea, China, India, Thailand & Malaysia. A year was spent based in Malaysia developing Supply Chain processes & implementing S&OP for a newly acquired manufacturing facility with 4 direct & 20 indirect reports across South East Asia. The markets covered Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia & Philippines. Responsibilities: - Develop & present analytical analysis for strategic planning - including COGS analysis, product costing, data modeling, short/long term capacity planning & KPI enhancement. - Co-ordinate international supply projects, overseeing all aspects of the Supply Chain - volume & product-specific requirements, scheduling, procurement, production, quality & import/export logistics. - Management of external Supply Chain activities for Asia Pacific – providing the link between Kellogg, co-manufacturers & co-packers. - Initiate & execute internal & external Quality & GMP / HACCP Audits. - Implement the Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process between all Markets within the Area.

Completed a Cadetship in Production Engineering while studying at UTS. Progressed to lead the Industrial Engineering Team, comprising of 5 Engineers. Responsibilities - Oversee the 24hr/day manufacturing operations. Ensuring products manufactured are on time, complete and to the correct quality. - Implement ‘Continuous Improvement’ initiatives - reducing process variability and instigating cost reductions within the products and production processes. - Manage ISO9001 Quality Accreditation
