Omnivision was one of the first YouTube Original Channel partners. Omnivision Entertainment produced a diverse array of programming and entertainment experiences. The company's customers include YouTube, Disney, HBO, Adult Swim, CNN, MSN, Subway, Aetna, Fiat, Garnier, IKEA, Crowne Plaza and many others.

As Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning at Gemstar-TV Guide, Warren launched and managed new initiatives across the company's various business units, including TV Guide Magazine (estimated weekly readership of 20 million), the TV Guide Channel (carried to 80 million households in the United States), and www.tvguide.com (over 4 million unique visitors each month). Warren was also part of the corporate mergers and acquisition team responsible for acquiring new companies and technologies to complement Gemstar-TV Guide’s existing operations.

Founded this mid-sized buyout fund which targeted services business in Southern California. Served as President and CEO of a paralegal services company that was one of the successful buyout candidates for the group.

Advised and personally invested in this startup security software firm from its inception with five employees in February 2000 to its acquisition for $85M in cash by Network Associates/McAfee in September 2004.

Sourced and served on the board of several software and mobile device companies in DynaFund's $150M portfolio, including Iridigm Display Corporation, which was purchased by Qualcomm in September 2004 for $200M cash.
