I run full-cycle recruiting for Iron Mountain’s Clutter business, owning high-volume and hard-to-fill pipelines in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. I work closely with hiring managers across multiple regions to keep hiring moving fast, smooth, and candidate-friendly. I also bring creative sourcing ideas and process tweaks that boost pipeline quality and help the team hire smarter and quicker.

Used data-backed sourcing strategies and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SAP, and clearance databases to find top talent for engineering, program management, and finance roles helping build strong, diverse teams across the country.

I led full-cycle searches for highly specialized roles across the energy, utilities, technology, and construction sectors. Partnered closely with hiring leaders and leveraging targeted sourcing strategies, and consistently delivered high-quality candidates often within 72 hours.

I embedded into internal TA teams to deliver full-cycle hiring solutions across industries like IT, healthcare, finance, and sales/GTM. I quickly ramped up on various ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday, etc) while mentoring junior team members and driving results in fast-changing environments. Each project required me to adapt to new processes, stakeholders, and goals usually within a tight 2–4 month window.
