• Prepare variance analysis and make adjustment to actual cost on a monthly basis. • Handle reconciliations related to inventory transaction. • Responsible for inventory submission on monthly basis within deadline. • Work closely with production and inventory control. • Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports. • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions. • Managing and monitoring internal control system and taxes • Analyze, lead, coach and develop the teams of Accounting to improve skills and competencies • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. • Interact with external auditors in completing audits.
