Set sourcing strategies, cost targets, category negotiation and bidding strategies, drove cost improvements actions and made price/supply terms with suppliers. • Responsible for sourcing and procurement of iPhone, Watch and Accessories parts and assembly, with 7 categories, 300+ SKUs and 50+ suppliers, in Mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore and Japan. • Developed the first-generation supply chain of Apple Watch. • Optimized a cross-product supply chain, through sourcing strategies consolidation and operation planning system collaboration. • Designed internal training courses, in partnership with Apple University professor.

• Led a team with 1 manager and 9 people, in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing offices. • Managed 1 billion USD annual spend, and a supply chain 50+ SKUs and 10+ suppliers in Mainland China, Japan and Korea, covering commodities of Sapphire, Ceramic, Glass, Coating Materials and equipment. • Developed the first-generation supply chain of cameral sapphire cover and Touch ID. • Moved strategic materials sourcing from Japan and Korea to China. • Drove quarterly cost negotiation, and achieved average 15%~20% cost reduction each year.

• Responsible for sourcing, procurement and supplier operations of projects on iPod/iPhone. • Sourced and developed Apple-controlled supply chain, for iPod Classic mechanical parts, and achieved 43% cost reduction. • Supervised supplier project management teams to run on-site management system in reviewing facility, labor and process readiness, and monitoring development and production status. • Key projects: iPod Classic, iPhone power charger and iPod/iPhone cover-glass.
