Main Responsibilities • Prepare and review loan documentation while providing support to a variety of tasks related to the loan process • Assist senior managers with analyzing and reviewing financial statements and pertinent information to determine creditworthiness of prospective and existing clients • Conduct research on business entities and their industries for the analysis • Prepare loan reports and credit reports based on the analysis • Monitor the clients’ financial health and their ability to meet obligations under loan agreements Team Supporting Responsibilities • Research and validate the correct business entities and guarantors on all applications for KYC process • Participate in conference calls and meetings with the clients • Prepare and check loan agreements, loan confirmations, and audit confirmations, etc. Day-to-day Responsibilities • Process and check the booking and settlement of the operations and arrange for necessary fund disbursement • Handle day-to-day operation for transactions (Money markets, Syndicated loans, and Private placement bonds, etc)
