Order Processing and Management: Inputting orders accurately into SAP. Ensuring correct pricing and booking into designated distribution centers (DCs). Managing orders from creation to invoicing. Logistics Coordination: Liaising with transporters and freight forwarders for optimal loading and transport schedules. Coordinating with DCs for picking, loading, and dispatching orders. Documentation Management: Ensuring accurate and complete export documentation. Managing invoices, proof of delivery (POD), and other relevant documents. Problem Solving and Resolution: Investigating and resolving customer complaints. Addressing issues related to production, stock availability, and delivery. Data Analysis and Reporting: Generating reports on missed sales and customer service levels. Analyzing data to improve service levels and supply chain efficiency. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers, transporters, and other stakeholders. Collaborating with various internal teams such as Demand Planners and Production Planners. Export Compliance: Ensuring export orders comply with regulatory requirements (SARS, Exchange Control, etc.). Managing documentation for compliance purposes. Leadership and Process Improvement: Leading reviews of export systems and procedures to optimize supply chain operations. Taking responsibility for accurate production planning and supply chain execution.
