-Process checks by entering customer payments into accounting system (SAP) and process deposits. -Process foreign checks by entering customer payment and convert funds from foreign currency to United State Dollar. -Analyze accounts to discover discrepancies and resolve all variances promptly. -Post all incoming payments for Electronic Fund Transfers, Wire, and British Pounds and reconcile bank statements daily -Ensure financial data is recorded in accordance with established company policies and GAAP. -Record adjusting journal entries for sales tax, discount, bad debt expense and etc.
