• Build strong relationships with suppliers to address raw material shortages, capacity constraints, and urgent delivery requirements. • Manage weekly CTB trackers for all assigned parts, ensuring need dates are met through proactive supplier follow-up via email, calls, and meetings. • Support program and planning teams with quick-turn requests, missing parts, quality issues, and SLT orders. • Educate suppliers on OAR and need-date compliance to improve delivery performance. • Liaise with buyers, planners, receiving teams, and logistics to resolve PO, pricing, credit, and urgent shipment issues. • Ensure suppliers comply with customer AVL requirements and maintain CBM approval proof.

• Oversee the purchase of technical equipment for industrial operations while understanding the technical data and specifications that a designer or technician requires. • Support global supplier management throughout Europe and APAC with performance-based approach (commercial, technical, logistics and quality disciplines). • Conducted weekly meetings with supplier to ensure timely and accurate delivery of frontend equipment and to discuss ongoing projects. • Managed frontend equipment deliveries from multiple suppliers through Modular Sourcing. Procured PCB from various sources and coordinated with another supplier for probecard assembly.

• Responsible for ensuring that Purchase Orders globally are raised and approved, goods and services are received, and orders are receipted in a complete, accurate and timely manner. • Responsible for accurate, correct in time data documents for maintenance and reporting which can identify cost savings opportunities and areas where performance could be improved. • Ensure lead times are met, developed trustworthy connections with global suppliers, and expedite pending orders. • Utilizing Request for Quotation (RfQ) for obtaining the best material cost optimization and qualification projects • Utilizing SAP ERP and Ariba for manage the entire purchasing process to achieve sustainable sourcing savings and control spending while connect suppliers globally.

Internship placement under Reliability Engineering Section. • Identify the type of equipment in offsite and list all the related components that was degraded. From that degradation components, identify the consequence of why the components degraded and label accordingly based on risk analysis. • Calibration needed with guidance from reliability team in analyser at furnace, measure quality combustion inside the furnace which are oxygen and combustible gas. • Industrial equipment, and other electrical components, are inspected daily offsite with guidance from reliability team due to equipment failure. • Computed a report for Statutory Inspection Plan using Microsoft Excel which to be filled the details of equipment in umber of drum tank, jetty accumulator, crane and boiler for March, June and October of Field Inspection Report (FIR) and Offsite Inspection Report (OIR) • With advice from the reliability division, computed a Near Miss and Incident Investigation report containing the specifics of any equipment failure in offsite and onsite locations and delivered the description of occurrences to the Business Team.

Internship placement under Maintenance & Construction Department. • Inspected and maintained any control and instrumentation equipment offsite to guarantee optimum efficiency and availability of production equipment, utilities, and related facilities at the lowest possible cost. • Trace few years back record data of Ultrasonic Thickness Testing Measurement (UTTM) for tank component which are floating roof, shell plate, bottom plate, internal annular plate and external annular plate with guidance from Maintenance Team. • Bump test had done weekly for multi gas detector which is a procedure of checking and to make sure the gas detector functioning well. • Conducted the cathodic protection which taking the readings of voltage at every product pipeline with guidance from maintenance team. • Offsite tank independent high level alarm servicing and testing with the help from Danex company and maintenance team. • With the guidance from maintenance team, assemble and test the LPG or Shut Down Valve (SDV).
