- Overseeing various departments, in which my role is to ensure that our customers receive their new hardware and software, along with any necessary on-site spare parts. - Running country or Geo-wide calls with the local CS&S and Sales OPS teams to ensure the timely completion of open orders and outstanding supply issues. - To ensure optimal revenue generation worldwide, I establish effective collaboration with cross-geographical departments and strategically manage the global hardware supply chain, thereby guaranteeing timely availability of the appropriate equipment in the right locations. - Ensuring customer satisfaction is my top priority, I conduct on-site audits to guarantee optimal performance and stock availability at our in-country depots. - Participate in annual quality review boards for third-party logistics (3PL) and diligently address any outstanding issues pertaining to service level agreements (SLAs). The concept of customer service extends beyond a mere department; it is a mindset that permeates throughout our organization.
