Once MAUI was officially released and Xamarin End of Support was announced, we quickly began working on a new group of libraries and custom controls designed for new MAUI projects. My new responsibilities involved migrating projects from Xamarin to MAUI and creating a new project from scratch using MAUI and the .Net 7 framework. During this time, I acquired experience using Syncfusion's new controls, built Azure pipelines to deploy apps to the stores, and oversaw the implementation of Push Notifications with Firebase.

In charge of adding and maintaining functionalities to clients's mobile applications using Xamarin.Forms. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and create proof-of-concept projects. Mentored and reviewed the code of other mobile developers. Offered guidance, alternatives, and suggestions to other projects where I wasn't directly involved. During this time, I developed and maintained a fail-proof app designed to work with health monitoring devices that should work under emergency conditions. I also sent a lot of memes to the random channel for everyone's delight.

After the Belatrix acquisition by Globant, I continued working as the lead developer. I had the responsibility of making improvements to the mobile application architecture, have meetings with managers and stakeholders to suggest solutions, support the work of other developers and deploy the applications to the stores.

I had the task to build a mobile app that would integrate with their web application. Among my responsibilities, I had to perform software updates, prepare reports, train an intern with Xamarin and make demos for the clients.

Migrated two native mobile applications (Android and iOS) to Xamarin, leveraging C# with the MVVM design pattern. Built three apps with geofencing capabilities to enable real-time tracking and monitoring. One for tracking a logistics company’s truck arrivals. Another app to monitor ships with offline support to update their past coordinates in scenarios with poor connectivity. And a third one for a gas company delivery service.

I was responsible for the "IVERSA Integral System,". Among my primary responsibilities, I had to design and propose updates to efficiently store development samples for salespeople and prepare database stored procedures to align with evolving system requirements, ensuring the proposed changes wouldn't cause any conflict with previous implementations. I was also responsible for identifying and removing legacy code and preparing backups of the sales modules during the weekends. It was during this time I learned how a company needs to find a balance between speed and quality to achieve its goals.
