Built and scaled the data platforms, workflows, and decision-support systems that transformed competitive intelligence into a strategic business capability and improved visibility into competitor assortment, pricing, and market dynamics.

Led Product Management and Enterprise Architecture for PTC’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business, helping drive the evolution of a $400M ARR enterprise software portfolio from on-premises deployment to SaaS. Worked across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align product strategy, commercial objectives, platform modernization, and enterprise adoption initiatives while leading teams responsible for product management, enterprise architecture, and large-scale customer transformation programs.

Led Product Management for Enterprise Deployment and Licensing, driving the evolution of PTC’s licensing and commercial models from perpetual software to subscription-based offerings. Responsible for enterprise deployment strategy, customer adoption programs, and platform capabilities supporting large-scale IoT and PLM implementations.

Led Product Management for PTC System Monitor, a cross-portfolio operational intelligence platform used across PTC’s PLM, IoT, SLM, ALM, and Managed Services businesses. Established a common foundation for observability, performance management, and operational analytics that improved customer experience, accelerated incident response, and supported the evolution of scalable SaaS and managed service operations.

Progressed from Associate Support Engineer to Technical Support Manager, leading customer support, escalation management, performance engineering, and customer success initiatives for PTC’s flagship PLM platform. Built and developed global teams responsible for supporting enterprise customers and driving operational excellence across customer-facing organizations.
