Worked on execution of investment banking transactions (modeling of financial models, preparation of presentations for the company board, elaboration of the Information Memorandum, organisation of data rooms, coordination with lawyers and auditors etc.) Drafted Private Placement Memorandums and marketing presentations for establishing and raising equity for funds. Providing market judgments to colleagues and clients.

Origination of mandates (preparation of presentations, preliminary valuation, attending to the meetings with clients and investors, etc...) Understanding Institutional Investors financial objectives and setting integrated tailor-made solutions accordingly.

Perform companies valuation (trading multiples, transaction multiples). Provide auditing expertise to diverse clients in Tunisia. Prepare Management reports of fund performance, analyzing financial information, making forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in investment decisions.
