Manage section budgets, operational plans, KPIs and MIS reporting, ensuring cost control, transparency and alignment with corporate objectives. Champion HSE excellence by promoting positive safety culture, ensuring ALARP demonstration, risk assessments, corrective actions and emergency responsibilities are effectively implemented. Maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships with ADNOC Group entities, consultants, contractors and vendors, enabling successful project outcomes and sustained operational excellence. Responsibilities: – Monitoring and coordinating activities of the Contractor at the design office. – Ensure that the work is being carried out as per the Scope of Work and that the piping work proceeds according to the agreed standards for safety, plans, budget and schedules consistent with the project quality requirements and proven, economical design and construction practices and demonstrates an overriding commitment to health, safety and environmental responsibility. – Provides engineering assistance and guidance to the Contractor and subcontractor/s at all times as required. – Carry out joint site visit with Contractor’s team. – Review / Comment and Approve EPC Contractor’s deliverables like Specifications, PMS, Datasheet, Stress Reports, Plot Plans, GAD’s etc. – Ask Contractor to prepare different options for plot plan development with merits and demerits and to finalize the best option for further development. – Attend 3D Model review at different stages of the Project and provide comments to ensure that the design criteria are met (safe, accessible for operation/maintenance and fit for purpose). – Attends to all project management activities relating to piping engineering. Performs and/or participate in related internal and external audits , project and interface meeting, risk analysis and mitigation, HAZOP, constructability review, etc., and take part in project decision making. – Co-ordinate closely with Contractor to ensure that the work is going on as per Company’s requirement and provide comments to make necessary changes as required. – Check MTO generated by the Contractor for any discrepancies and ensure all the major items are covered. – Review of EPC SOW prepared by the CONTRACTOR and make necessary amendments as required. – Give Input for the Tender preparation. – Prepare Tender Bulletins and reply to Bidders query during Tendering stage

Responsible about Mechanical systems and plants which include: oil and gas gathering flowlines and manifolds, separation, storage, pumping facilities, offshore loading facilities, piping and pipeline systems, mechanical packages, water and gas injection facilities, utilities, water treatment, fire fighting, air compression, etc. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Participates in the provision of mechanical engineering expertise to design and development projects related to oil/gas production, pressure maintenance, transportation and export. • Ensures application of sound mechanical engineering principles and practices. • Participates in studies, engineering audits and endorses plant modifications to improve efficiency, safety, cost savings and technology updates. • Participates in tendering and contracting activities and may represent the Company with selected design consultants. • Provides technical support to Field and Terminal Operations in identifying and rectifying mechanical related problems. • Participate in feasibility studies for optimization of mechanical systems, plant and equipment for assigned projects. Includes : - Economic evaluations and comparisons of alternative schemes. - Preliminary cost estimates. - Scoping, defining, and planning of projects in liaison with Consultants / contractors and other Divisions. • Participates in value engineering studies, detailed technical evaluation, safety and HAZOP reviews of various plant areas or equipment. Proposes recommendations for improvements / upgrading. • Evaluates modification requests involving a wide variety of mechanical elements or problems and recommends appropriate solutions / acceptance or rejection of proposed changes. Includes : - Liasing with concerned parties. - Gathering, researching and analyzing respective data and information. - Investigating viability of proposed modification, and preparing related recommendations
