Walid knows exactly what each construction stage requires from all parties civil, architect and MEP to be designed, accepted from the related authority, coordinated, site implemented (materials & manpower) tested, handed over and maintained. In depth knowledge of MEP related systems whether it is HVAC, Plumbing, power (HV,MV or LV), lighting, ELV and structured cabling. Very consistent and day to day tracking planning and organizing the work of each department through the different project stages in order to ensure the handing over on time and in the best quality while ensuring the contractual rights and payments without exceeding the budget.
