• Leading end-to-end management of major mixed-use, hospitality, residential, and commercial developments, aligned with KEC’s strategic vision. • Driving the full design lifecycle from concept to tender documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and authority guidelines. • Conducting due diligence and feasibility studies for new investment opportunities in coordination with development and commercial teams. • Overseeing consultant appointments, RFPs, EOIs, and value engineering reviews to optimize cost and design efficiency. • Managing stakeholder alignment, including coordination with operators, authorities, and internal departments. • Monitoring construction progress and ensuring delivery within budget and timelines in accordance with Vision 2030 objectives. • Supporting marketing and sales by contributing to product definition, marketing materials, and launch campaigns.

• Responsible for the complete design management activities for a number of the company's developments, covering residential, commercial and hospitality. • Exploring new business opportunities within existing developments across different business units. • Leading the design team, consultants and sub consultants to manage, monitor, co-ordinate and control all aspects of the project including but not limited to time, quality, cost, value engineering, risk management and authorities approvals. • Supporting the development team in the preparation of financial appraisal and feasibility studies relating to the development including budget estimating, cost planning, cash flow forecasting and advice on procurement, and development programme

• Exploring new business opportunities within existing developments across different business units. • Leading the design team, consultants and sub consultants to manage, monitor, co-ordinate and control all aspects of the project including but not limited to time, quality, cost, value engineering, risk management and authorities approvals. • Supporting the development team in the preparation of financial appraisal and feasibility studies relating to the development including budget estimating, cost planning, cash flow forecasting and advice on procurement, and development programme • Manage the Design process from concept till tender documentation. • Monitor the Design program and review of design submission in compliance with the development brief. • Mange the due diligence process for the new opportunities . • Preparing the RFPs ,EOIs, agreement ,appointment documents with the internal Departments. • Review of cost plans and initiate value engineering tasks. • Liaise with the commercial department on product definition, marketing material and launch campaign. • Preparation of project feasibility studies, project roll out and annual budget. • Manage the tendering process with the P&C department; liaise with design consultant on tender clarifications, review of bids and Award. • Ensure all appropriate testing and regulatory building consent certificates, operation and maintenance manuals and record drawings are produced • Develop the detailed design ensuring concept and schematic design intent is protected. • Ensure that interim and final valuations are prepared and regular (monthly) certificates are issued • Ensure the Building Contract is administered in accordance with its terms, and ensure that all statements of practical completion are issued

• Manage and procure any Approved Employers Change requirements using an agreed Change order process ensuring development team approval in line with the development appraisal and board approved sums • Liaise with 3rd parties (incoming tenants and occupiers, purchasers, funders, etc.) and co-ordinate their requirements in connection with the development • Monitor progress on site and minimize actual and potential delays to the construction programme • Ensure the issue of construction and production information and the release of other information is issued in accordance with development, construction, design and procurement programmes. • Instruct, manage and ensure that appropriate procurement and tendering documentation is prepared appropriately detailing the design and the requirements of the employer in respect of the construction of the development in accordance with the agreed development programme and the agreed procurement strategy • Ensure appropriate internal and external approvals are in place prior to Consultant appointment • Appoint suitable consultants and sub consultants to carry out the design. • Manage feasibility design options in line with scheme development
