* Lead and drive a team of 600 employees across all the business functions (Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Project Management, Design, etc.) to achieve business objectives. * Ensuring the fulfillment of all customers’ requirements of —primarily Saudi Electricity Company—by providing products and solutions that required to establish smart grid objectives in KSA, while offering exceptional performance in terms of quality, delivery and cost. * Responsible for formulating and implementing the business plan, budget and business strategy ensuring that objectives of current and future growth are achieved. * Developing and enhancing the efficiency of current products, as well as investing in new products and solutions related to smart grids and renewable energy, with the aim of strengthening the organization’s leadership and promoting local products in both the Saudi and global energy markets. * Planning, organizing and overseeing all the operations across the business ensuring an optimum synchronization and alignment between all business functions via S&OP meetings, business review committees, operational and manufacturing committees. * Responsible for the realization of business target profitability, objectives and KPIs across all the different business unit aspects, such as safety, quality, production, supply chain, etc. Responsible for resource allocation, monitoring, mentoring and evaluating the staff performance. * Lead the continuous improvement objectives for identifying VAVE initiatives and support the implementation following the relevant LEAN methods. * Liaising with partners, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to align the full business operations starting from order booking till delivery.

* Lead and drive a team of 130+ engineers and technicians in the biggest manufacturing facility for molds and tools in GCC, covering all the business functions (Sales, Project Management, Design, Quality, Production, etc.) to achieve business objectives. * Responsible for formulating and implementing the business plan, budget and business strategy ensuring that objectives of current and future growth are achieved. * Responsible for the fulfillment of sales budget, business unit P&L, customer service objectives, conducting of market studies and relevant strategies. * Responsible for the business investment decisions, procurement of a new business line, expansion of existing one, etc. * Responsible for the fulfillment of business P&L, objectives and KPIs across all the different business unit aspects, such as safety, quality, production, supply chain, etc.

* Responsible for a leading a team of 70+ engineers and technicians to deploy the process/industrial engineering and automation activities in 11 business units in KSA and extends the support for the same scope for alfanar subsidiaries in Dubai, Germany, Italy, UK, Turkey, etc. * Establishing the process/industrial standards for all processes including conducting work measurements, manpower calculation, line balancing, issue manufacturing documentation such as PFC, PFMEA, control plans, work instructions, layouts, etc. * Planning and execution of continuous improvement projects using recognized lean principles and tools (i.e. Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), SMED, etc.). * Lead the team in development and execution of industrial automation solutions for manual and labor‐intensive processes across all the BUs ending up with cost reduction, enhancing process capability and quality.

* Responsible for the deployment of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 among alfanar business units and the integration of standards into AIMS “alfanar Integrated Management System”. * Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of our management systems through leading the internal audit process and coordinate the management reviews. * Lead the diagnostics of business processes, evaluate data and perform statistical analysis to identify potential areas of improvement, and initiate improvement action plans to the existing systems, policies and procedures for all processes end to end in the business using proven techniques and methods. (such as: SIPOC, HLPM, DLPM, RACI, etc.)

* Establish and Lead the development of site yearly improvement projects reflecting planned savings budget along with site management for the upcoming year for all sections of the organization (production and non‐production areas). * Participate in the continuous improvement projects enhancing the efficiency of operations and process optimization for both production sector and central functions (Supply Chain, HR, Maintenance). * Deliver training for Six Sigma, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, KAIZEN, KOSU, SMED, MAKIGAMI, YAMAZUMI, A3 Thinking, Hoshin Kanri, Process Excellence Modules. * Responsible for the establishment of daily improvement culture through implementing the Improvement & Coaching KATA Routines (Toyota KATA) in the site. * Manage the Site KPI system (Dashboard) and data management software.

Excluding 1 year 7 months (06.11 till 12.12) operating as Production Manager * Monitor and analyze the quality performance indicators for all the business unit (COPQ, external and internal failures /PPM, rework and scrap figures…). * Handle customer complaints through the 8D reports and other customer analysis tools, such as: 5‐Whys – Drill deep, FTA, ISHIKAWA & PDCA … etc. * Issue control plans & participate in the FMEA realization. * Receive, analyze & ensure that the customer specific requirements are met. * Participate in suppliers’ qualifications and apply control over incoming shipments following incoming inspection methods and ISIR / PPAP principles. * Responsible of updating and coordinating internal procedures and work instructions in accordance with the ISO/TS 16949 requirements and local regulations and conduct sessions for the QMS awareness and major updates. * Perform internal audits (system, process & environmental) and coordinate the establishment of the management reviews with the site management.

* Lead and supervise a team of 170+ engineers and technicians in the operation function to achieve the operation objectives. * Analyze the production capacity requirements throughout all the project phases, systematically review & update the plan reflecting the project long term plan considering labor, production facilities & equipment. * Coordinating the request and setup of new production equipment and manpower. * Establish and achieve the production targets (efficiency, quality, WIP value, Scrap, etc.) * Ensure the implementation for continuous improvement initiatives in all processes & areas. * Ensure the implementation of all relevant safety and quality standards.
