Main highlights: • Strong deal sourcing network in US, UK, Europe, Middle-east and Asia. • Review investments across alternative asset classes e.g. venture capital, private equity, real estate, data centers, aviation, shipping, infrastructure, agriculture and timber. • Portfolio management of investments in US, Europe, Germany, Dubai, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. • Coordinate with international law firms, consultants, Shariah advisors and related parties to make the deal happen. • Visit portfolio companies and real estate for onsite due diligence and attend investor meetings. • Hands-on knowledge and experience of structuring Shariah compliant investments. • Prepare financial analysis, financial modeling, Investment Committee (IC) memos & presentations and also advise executive management on strategic assignments e.g. asset allocation, long-term investment plans.

Successful Direct Private Equity Transaction– Had pivotal role on sell-side in sale of majority stake to Private Equity investors through Private Placement. Coordinated and managed the entire financial due diligence process to facilitate the successful closing of transaction.
