Project: CHEDI Hotel – Hegra Boutique Hotel – Hijaz Railway station (Al-'Ula City) (Enabling, conservation, Construction of new building, Fit-Out works) - Client: Royal Commission for Al-'Ula - PMC :Atkinsrealis Jobs Tasks and Responsibility: -  Ensuring the scope and schedule of project is achievable within the given time and budget.  Undertaking periodic review to make sure that project is on track. Updating project documentations on a consistent basis and conveying them to the client.  Coordinating with relevant stakeholders, both inside and outside the project such as (The designer, Heritage department, operator, Hotel and resort department, Archaeology department, client, Contractor …etc.).  Allocating tasks to the project to my team and providing regular guidance to team members.  Maintaining high team performance and productivity.  Efficiency in managing and prioritizing tasks.  Monitoring project developments as a supervisor to recommend any change to strategy to the client.  Take charge of all official documentation and ensuring that the contractor is following and submitting the required documents prior approving any works.

 Project Manager & technical office Manager: - From October 2020 to July 2022. - Company: Al-Zahrani for trading and contracting company (KSA) - Project: Construction of royal commission public housing (phase 6) 207 villas - Client: Royal commission for Jubail and Yanbu - PMC : Parson - Jobs Tasks and Responsibility  Apply of my knowledge, skills, tools and technique to project activities to increase the chance of project success and responding to the risk in a timely manner.  Manage the project elements including but not limiting to, schedule, cost, team and physical resources, communication, project quality and risk.  Ensuring that all the works is done on time and within the project budget, developing a comprehensive project plan, track the progress of this plan.  Managing the project time in order to a project delivered on time, set realistic timeline and consistently meet the benchmark within it  Allocate project recourse and negotiate with internal and external vendors.  Negotiate contracts with external vendor to reach profitable agreement.  Have ability and skills for managing of project closing documents.  Prepare daily meeting with all staff to solve any issues in execution and to ensure that we are on schedule.  Prepare the required budget and cash flow of the project.  Controlling in the project cost to avoid any over cost.

Construction Manager: - From April 2019 October 2020. - Company: Al-Zahrani for trading and contracting company (KSA) - Project: Construction of royal commission public housing (phase 6) 207 villas - Client: Royal commission for Jubail and Yanbu Responsibilities : 1- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the project schedule plan and estimate associated costs including objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting. 2-Supervise both on-site and off-site construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to building codes and safety regulations and Ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulatory standards, and quality control. 3- Coordinate and oversee the efforts of construction workers and subcontractors. 4-Make decisions regarding the selection of tools, materials, and equipment, while also managing inventory tracking. 5-Ensure compliance with contractual performance conditions and Manage project budgets, expenses, and procurement of necessary resources. 6-Monitor daily progress of the work and generate internal and external reports on project status and Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure timely execution and achievement of project milestones. 7-Proactively plan to anticipate and address potential issues that may arise during the construction process. 8-Engage in negotiations for agreement terms, draft contracts, and secure necessary permits and licenses. 9-Analyze, manage, and mitigate potential risks associated with the project. 10-Uphold quality construction standards and enforce the use of proper construction
