Manserv S.A. is a holding of a group composed by Manserv Montagem e Manutenção S.A., LSI Serviços S.A., LSI Logística S.A. e Manserv Tecnologia Ltda with 19000 employees and operations in Brasil and Argentina.

Responsible for both businesses in Brazil (Automation and Didactic). Festo supplies components for pneumatic and electrical automation for all industries and education equipment for technical schools like SENAI, ETEs, FATECs and Universities. From the third position in 2003 the company achieve in 2010 the first place in turnover and return on sales between the 9 countries (Canada, USA, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina and Brazil) where the company is present in the continent.

General Manager responsible for the two divisions Air Compressors and Automotive. The Air Compressors’ division provided since small diaphragm units for B2C until big screw units for industries (B2B) and the company was the leader in piston units. One branch in Atlanta-GE, USA. The Automotive division with a cast iron foundry, machining, painting and sub assembly processes provided parts for the Truck OEMs in Brazil, USA and Europe. One branch in Gotemburg, Sweden and Frankfurt, Germany.

As Chief Operating Officer, I was responsible for all Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations. In 1996, I participated in the VW’s Truck Plant project and I became the responsible during the first 5 years of the Power Train operation in Resende from Cummins’ side. In the years 90s I participated of two due diligences processes, one in Italy and other in Brazil to buy two engine companies.

Started as a Manufacturing Engineer at FORD, getting different positions until becoming the Engineering and Maintenance Manager in the Diesel Engine Production.
