- Managed the Human Capital transformation project with HR Consultancy firm including identifying high-level operating model, organizational structure cascade, grading, titling, total rewards, talent framework, job families and competencies. - Built the HR strategy with HR Leadership including tracking the progress and leading relevant projects. - Managing total rewards activities including merit increases, promotions, salary increments, sales and annual bonuses. - Managed all external communication with consultants and internal communication to be aligned with HC Strategy. - Lead the migration of the all employees due to the organization structure transformation (new structure, titling and grading). - Supported System go live by gathering requirement and preparing system upload data. - Managing 2022 performance management framework manually, until successfully implemented performance management system in 2023. - Supporting and tracking all BoD/ NRC related activities to approval stage for all new frameworks with leadership. - Maintaining and forecasting employee staffing budget to ensure tracking until manpower planning and budgeting is implemented. - Leading system change/ enhancement request for Oracle Fusion HCM (HR CORE, ORC, Reporting) including directing the team to create system instruction manuals with each system change. - Supporting Business in related organization structure proposals and review. - Compiled all employee’s education, qualification and resume catalogue and validated all relevant data.

-Prepared HR presentations for BoD/ NRC meeting. -Prepared all relevant data with HR consultants related to new HR frameworks. -Initiated and continuously leading HC communication function to ensure communication to employees is unified & aligned with HR management. -Prepared the requirement document and initiated HR automation project from beginning to contracting of Oracle Fusion. -Prepared weekly HR data and presentations. Initiated and lead process improvement based on HR Leadership direction.
