We focus on re-engineering legacy workflows in Product R&D and Operational Excellence to unlock true productivity. • AI Governance & Standardization: Collaborating with government bodies (e.g., Thailand’s OT Association, Singapore’s GovTech) to establish safety protocols and regulatory standards. My goal is to ensure that AI deployment is not only rapid but also safe, ethical, and transparent. • Hardware-AI Integration: Spearheading the development of "Governance-Ready" hardware by integrating AI safety and monitoring logic directly into next-generation Robotic Controllers. • Global Talent Gateway: Serving as the primary link for Asian enterprises to access professional insights and a specialized talent pool from the MIT and Harvard technology ecosystems. Key Accomplishments: • Initiated high-level G2B and B2B partnerships across the APAC region to standardize AI usage. • Pivoting the regional curriculum focus toward Industrial AI (R&D, Safety, and Ops) to meet the specific demands of the Asian manufacturing and technology sectors.

Stepping into this strategic role, my mission is to drive the company’s transformation from a world-class power supply manufacturer into a core technology provider for the next generation of AI-driven hardware. I am responsible for spearheading global business development, R&D strategy, and cross-functional operations for this new business unit. We focus on empowering robotics and data centers with highly integrated, intelligent, and absolutely safe hardware solutions. Key Focus Areas & Strategic Initiatives: 🔹 3-in-1 Robotics Controller Innovation: Leading the R&D and commercialization of a disruptive "Power + AI + Motion Control" integrated PCBA architecture. Pioneered and spearheaded the establishment of the Robotics Division, transforming CCL Group into a high-tech automation solutions provider for global industrial leaders. In this strategic leadership role, I was responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the robotics business unit, from technology scouting and product integration to global business development and key account management. I successfully introduced cutting-edge robotic technologies to the Group’s portfolio, focusing on Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) for logistics and professional service robotics. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: • Division Founding & Strategy: Built the Robotics Department from the ground up, defining the commercial roadmap, selecting technology partners, and recruiting a specialized technical and sales team. • Global Key Account Management: Served as the primary strategic partner for Tier-1 global clients, most notably Ford Motor Company, overseeing the deployment of automation solutions across their manufacturing facilities. • Strategic Market Expansion: Successfully penetrated the global logistics and automotive sectors, securing long-term partnerships with major third-party logistics (3PL) providers and international manufacturing hubs. • Product Portfolio Management: Managed the launch and integration of two core product lines: • Warehouse Material Handling Robots (AMRs): Optimized intralogistics workflows, reducing human labor costs and increasing throughput for high-volume distribution centers. • Professional Autonomous Cleaning Robots: Deployed large-scale autonomous hygiene solutions for industrial environments and public infrastructure. • Technology Integration: Bridged the gap between European/International robotic standards and client-specific operational requirements, ensuring seamless deployment and high ROI for end-users.
