An in-house recruitment officer who is responsible for performing professional, technical and executive recruiting in areas including: • IT Professionals • Branding • Marketing & Sales • Human Resource • Senior Executive • Office / Admin Support My job duties encompass as below: • Established job descriptions and job requirements by understanding the hiring manager needs. • Explained the reason of department recruitment requisition to CEO for obtaining approval. • Attracted applicants by placing job advertisements in JobStreet.com, RiceBowl.my and liaised with the recruitment agency in order to fulfill the staffing needs. • Determined active applicants qualifications by reviewing applicant resumes, conducting the initial telephone interview and comparing qualifications to job requirements. • Sourced passive candidates through various channels. • Arranged the applicant interview with the hiring manager. • Gave job offer to the qualified candidate after discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with the hiring manager. • Conducted new employee orientation program by preparing company background, human resource policies and departments introduction. • Prepared and issued official letters for employees. • Entered new employees’ data, updated existing employees’ changes records monthly into HR2000. • Conducted the exit interview with terminating employee. During my employment, I was assigned to perform ad hoc tasks as below: • Contacted and conducted meeting with different human resource software system vendors before making the decision. • Liaised with our partnership legal practitioner for implementing Non- Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and updating the term and conditions. Achievement: Developed and established officially a recruitment requisition process and prepared the manpower requisition form.
