With 4.5 years of experience in the hydraulics and engineering industry, I have developed a strong foundation in the technical aspects of mechanical design, fluid power systems, and equipment diagnostics. A major highlight of my career was designing the Vertical Floor Conveyor, which became the company’s new production line. I also introduced innovative design patterns that significantly reduced material costs while maintaining high performance and durability. In addition to design work, I perform technical calculations and produce detailed technical drawings to ensure compliance with NOSH (National Occupational Safety and Health) approval and safety standards. I regularly collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure designs meet user requirements and industry standards. I also take an active role in mentoring junior design engineers, teaching them technical skills, industry standards, and best practices for creating accurate and efficient drawings. I guide them on techniques to speed up the drawing process without compromising on accuracy. Proficient in AutoCAD and Inventor, I strive to deliver cost-effective, compliant, and high-performance solutions, while fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team. Known for my problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication, I consistently contribute to the successful delivery of projects and the growth of our engineering team.
