Generally:- - Fully in-charge of operational, sales & marketing for the company. - Re-structure organization chart of the company - Staff hiring - employ the right person for the right position - Set Up SOP for Operational, Sales & Marketing. - Disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.

Responsibilities: - liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies - respond to and deal with customer communication by email and telephone - keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate - maintains office and warehouse staff by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees - Handle Chinese New Year Hamper Packing Project for around 9 months for supply chain process ACHIEVEMENTS: - Establish Racking Location on each Racking in warehouse - Create Physical Stock Card for warehouse management - Introduce New Software System for Warehouse Management - Manage to settle and collect all customers old debt on year 2015 and 2016

Personally handle project based cargo such as heavy lift cargo. ACHIEVEMENTS:- 1. Re-structure operation team to become more effective and better organized. 2. Expand business within existing customers from routine shipments to project-based shipments to increase revenue & gross profit of the company. 3. Introduce yearly KPI review to enhance staff’s performance and improve their skills and professionalism. 4. Assist to set up new team in Melaka which station at customer site.

ACHIEVEMENTS:- - Assist to get the ISO Certification of ISO 9001:2008 for the company together with the team & ISO consultant. - Assist to re-structure on each department of the company. - Build-up a new & strong team under Integration Dept which handle Production, Supply Chain; Internal Sales & Costing. - Trained staff to meet the objectives of the company. - create costing sheet to do costing calculation based on job sheet
