As a Senior Team Leader Collections at HKDC-TAHSEEL, I have over 11 years of experience in managing and resolving complex debt collection cases for one of the leading clients in the Middle East. My mission is to ensure timely and effective collection of overdue/ outstanding payments from customers, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and trust. I have developed strong competencies in credit risk assessment, negotiation, communication and problem solving, as well as clerical skills and phone etiquette. I have successfully handled various questions, complaints and discrepancies from debtor’s and negotiated payoff deadline or payment plans that suits their financial situation. I have also contributed to updating the account status and database regularly and alerting my superiors of any potential issues or risks. I am passionate about delivering excellence and value to my organization and it’s stakeholders.
