Main Responsibilities:  Responsible for the SAP ECC information systems, Senior Systems (Folha and SSMA), Totvs PIMS, GTFrota fleet system and DPO of the company, as well as infrastructure, servers, virtualizations, telephony, management of the machine park.  Management of the activities of the Information Technology area, involving the preparation of projects for implementation, rationalization and redesign of processes, including development and integration of systems, with the use of high technology and starting a migration project from SAP ECC to S/4 Hana with the challenge of considerably reducing the specific ones developed for the use of SAP.  Responsible for Agricultural Automation, being in charge of the support and improvement, Radio Communication (Motorola), Trackers, Solinftec on-board computers, in which he highlights the interdependence and multidisciplinary team, having in 3 months maximum results of adherence in CDC – Cloud (Digital Certificate of Sugar Cane) and FUT. Tracking and geotechnology management, with implementation of the use of drones (spraying and crop protection), UAVs. Main Results: Migration of the Senior System to the Cloud, Implementation of Facial Recognition, Implementation of Solinftec CDC Cloud and Fut in Record Time, Implementation of GT Fleet, RPA in agricultural processes, use of satellite internet, 4G field connectivity project, implementation of a fire system with cameras, consolidation of the agricultural and industrial monitoring center, revitalization of the company's brand (website and intranet), technological refresh of servers.

Main Results:  Data Center restructuring and implementation of reporting system (Dashboard, Automatic sending of reports (ERP and CORE, BI) implementation of low-cost BI, bringing mobility to all areas of the company. Implementation of COA technologies, Automatic Sugarcane Entry without the need for a balancer; irrigation automation project with 28 m/ha covered by an Ethernet network and with Linear and Collinear Pivots being controlled by COA (Master Cana Award 2020), Integrated Geotechnology and increased use of RTK, drones and UAVs, SPAA Soteica Dashboard, Implementation of Environmental Management System (SGA). Main Results:  Implementation of the five-year, multi-year IT Master Plan (PDTI), in accordance with the company's growth plan.  Responsible for reducing the annual budget by 27%.  Implementation of server and network asset monitoring systems (open source), increasing the availability of ERP and CORE systems from 96% to 99% per year (corrective action became preventive).  Implementation of the “IT Visit” program, where IT experiences the use and difficulties of each company department and suggests solutions to improve and streamline processes.  Restructuring of Servers and Virtual Machines, making maximum use of available resources.  Unification and updating of the Oracle 11g database, bringing great agility to system integrations.

Main Responsibilities:  Responsible for the re-implementation and restructuring of the ERP and Core management systems, as well as for the standardization of information from the ERP and Core systems, with systems from companies in Guatemala and Peru.  Responsible for updating and migrating the Datasul EMS204 system to EMS206 and Datasul EMS505 to EMS506, as well as for supporting and training Datasul users (EMS204, EMS505, HCM210) / Pims (PI, MI, CS) and KPIs. Monitoring and supporting Totvs consultants.  Database control, preparation of management reports between Pims x Datasul and preparation of routines (procedures, triggers) in Oracle database, to integrate the Próxima / Datasul systems.  Technically responsible for the technological project for the migration and separation of companies (Unialco/Vale do Paraná), involving everything from management meetings to the preparation and approval of database servers, applications, among others.  Worked on the continuous improvement project with a focus on results (system x users).  Preparation of agricultural and industrial indicators, allowing for a quick and accurate analysis of all existing processes within an agro-industry.  Support in cost and budget management and planning. Main Results:  Responsible for the implementation of the entire infrastructure and systems when Vale do Paraná was acquired by the Pantaleon and Manuelita group, achieving 100% success.  Responsible for the data segregation project, reimplementation and training in the TOTVS Datasul and PIMSCS systems.  Equalization of systems with companies from the Pantelon (Guatemala) and Manuelita (Colombia) groups, allowing agile benchmarking between all companies. Support for the Pantaleon Group in the implementation of agricultural systems.  Implementation of KPIs that are now used by all companies in the group.

Main Responsibilities:  Responsible for the Industrial and Agricultural System (Sigind/Siagri), controlling all alcohol and sugar production and inputs for the entire JPessoa Group (five units), studying and implementing new resources. Control of the Agricultural System (Siagri), from soil preparation, application of herbicide limestone, to the sugarcane entering the scale.  Responsible for the Loading Logistics System (CopFrota), managing the use of vehicles and implements, in order to optimize the economic return of the entire fleet, minimizing lost hours and increasing efficiency.  Support and training for the Industrial Maintenance System (Siman) and the implementation of Biosalc Agricultural and Industrial Systems.  Preparation of agricultural and industrial indicators, allowing a quick and accurate analysis of all existing processes within an agroindustry.  Development of routines (procedures, triggers) in Oracle database, to integrate production/ERP systems (Logix).  Responsible for Corporate Portal (Java) Reports and automatic sending of bulletins. Main Results:  Creation of the consultant's manual, generating a reduction in hours spent on equipment parameterization activities and clinical analyses with ERP Systems.  Creation of standardization procedures in the process of server exchanges at clients.
