Working in extra-high voltage projects management department for substation projects (380 BSP/132/33/13.8 KV) Overhead and underground cable (380/132KV) projects for Saudi Electricity Company. Duties: • Conduct kick-off meetings, communicating the start of the project, key milestones, and other relevant information in order to inform and engage stakeholders and gain commitment to achieve the target of the project. • Ensure that all design details comply with technical requirements specified in the scope of work SOW and the (Engineering, Material and Construction) Standards. • Create a project organizational structure for the contractor and conduct interviews and the selection process for the project staff. • Managing and Measure project performance on all assigned projects. • Ensuring health and safety management systems are obeyed at all times. • Implement the quality management plan and verify the project deliverable on all components to the quality standards. • Monitoring procurement activities of the contractors and make sure the supplier delivers on the time. • Ensuring all deadlines and budgetary requirements are met. • Preparation & Submitting change orders request by evaluating and estimating the financial changes in SOW if required and manage changes to the project by following the change management plan in order to ensure that project goals remain aligned with business needs. • Review and approve the cash flow and invoice prepared by the contractor. • Holding weekly construction progress meetings with the contractors. • Preparation & Giving presentations to managers and clients. • Preparation and submitted Weekly and Monthly progress report. • Preparation and submitted operation annual plan. • Managing closing of the project by obtaining final acceptance for the deliverables, handover it to the assigned department, obtain financially closure and prepare and share the final project report

Reviewing and Submitting all the technical data sheet for the proposal material, purchasing orders and ensure that all proposed material in line with the company’s requirements in SOW and the standards. 3. Reviewing and Submitting all approved Factory Acceptance Test ‘’FAT’’ Reports for all equipment will be delivered at the site. 4. Maintaining quality control procedures for installation for the project activities and monitoring all inspection functions associated with the quality procedures and loss prevention procedures. 5. Holding weekly construction progress meetings. 6. Providing Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress report to the management. 7. Reviewing and Submitting cash flow prepared by the contractor. 9. Reviewing, Submitting and Clarifying ‘’As-Built’’ Drawings. 10. Assistant the Project Manager and Project Team in the coordination, planning and control of the Testing and commissioning activity at the site with commissioning team and protection department. 11. Assistant the Project Manager and Project Team in communicating and managing stakeholder (Internally & Externally). 12. Assistant the Project Manager and Project Team arranging, preparation evaluating and estimating the financial changing in SOW if required and submitting the changing order. 13. Assistant the Project Manager and Project Team follow-up and proceed handover to the concerned department and closing project (Technically & Financially).

Duties: • Performing construction and related services. • Project Control Procedures (Scheduling, Monitoring & Control, QA/QC Monitoring, Progress Evaluation and Supervision of Safety and Loss Prevention Activities). • Reviewing all approved construction design submittals (Drawings, Base Design, Detail Design, Calculations and Installation Manuals). • Ensure that all design details comply with technical requirements specified in the scope of work SOW and the (Engineering, Material and Construction) Standards. • Reviewing all material technical proposal and purchase orders and Ensure that all proposed material in line with company’s requirements in SOW and the standards. • Reviewing all approved Factory Acceptance Test ‘’FAT’’ Reports for all equipment will be delivered at site. • Maintaining quality control procedures for installation for the project activities and monitoring all inspection functions associated with the quality procedures and loss prevention procedures. • Inspecting all incoming material for damage and for compliance with the contract’s requirements. • Monitoring all local purchased material and tools. • Holding weekly construction progress meetings. • Providing Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress report to the management team. • Reviewing and Submitting cash flow prepared by the contractor. • Reviewing the approved project time schedule and to be sure that the actual activities going in line with the schedule. • Expecting the availability of the material and equipment at the site based on the activities going on. • Witnessing all field tests especially the Site Acceptance Test ‘’SAT’’ for the equipment required SAT. • Coordinating with other departments. • Reviewing and Clarifying ‘’As Built’’ Drawings. • Assisting in any technical completion.

My duties are:- •Site Investigation, Data collection, Report preparation; • Controlling of works according to the specifications, contract and PTS. • Progress monitoring of Contractor in line with agreed schedule;

The company is an oil and gas service company. It drills and service oil well. The company has three drilling rigs & six service rigs distributed in southern Sudan in (GNPOC and Petro-Energy. Co oil operator company block). I worked in the HSE department as HSE Officer. The main task is to conduct internal audits to prevent incidents that may stop the company operation or may have legal impact. Duties: * Ensuring Safety Measures during works. * Managing of Health Safety and Environment at work site. * Daily review of safe working condition at site by implementing preventive measures. * Weekly tool box talks on relevant safety topics. * Implementing Company HSE Plan at site. * Implementation of company and client’s safety procedures and policies at project site. * Implementation work permits and authorize to sign and cancel Permits. * Review HSE management plan when and then required. * Implementation of HSE to improve safe working atmosphere. * Daily site inspection and advice corrective action. * Supporting procurement section of correct PPE. * Implementing fire prevention plan at site. * Follow up precautionary measures on site safety observation. * Carry out inspection on site and advice on various HSE issued to drilling team. * Ensure employees understanding of their HSE responsibilities through drills (BOP, fire fighting, H2S, evacuation, emergency and First Aid), objectives setting and performance monitoring. * Accident & incident investigation and implementing recommendation to prevent further occurrences. * Visual inspection of lifting gears. * Vehicle & crane inspection issues of permits for traffic control. * Housekeeping and safe procedure of waste disposal. * Follow up and implementation of safe procedure during permits system filing and record keeping. * Prepared the risk assessment and JSA as per the activity.

Duties: • Proposing solutions for customer complaints. • Instruct maintenance teams. • Coordination between maintenance teams and the Distribution Control System centre. • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
