• Review Shop Drawings, Material Submittals and method statements for Mechanical Systems. • Review RFI’s & NCR’s and guide the contractor to the proper action. • Review, and coordinate construction operations to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications and any related standards. • Identify any design issues and make recommendations for alternative, cost effect and re-design solutions. • Represent mechanical on a day-to-day basis to the client, and contractor. • Ensure that all construction activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification, HSE and time schedules. • General inspection for the installation, testing & commissioning and handing over of mechanical systems at construction site. • Check and approve contractor’s payments certificate, variations and additional works. • Ensure that the construction schedule is maintained and prepare all the required progress reports. • Investigate equipment and system failures or unexpected maintenance problems.

• Assist the PROJECT MANAGER in all his responsibilities as required. • Represent mechanical on a day-to-day basis to the client, consultants and Contractor. • Handle the complete Mechanical installation, testing, commissioning (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, etc………). • Ensure that all construction activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification, HSE and time schedules. • Ensure that the construction schedule is maintained and prepare all the required progress reports. • Identify any design issues and make recommendations for alternative, cost effect and re-design solutions. • Prepare Shop Drawings for Mechanical Services and Coordinate it with all other services. • Generate/action RFI’s & NCR’s that apply to mechanical works. • Generate/action material requisitions, submittals, variation orders, and additional works. • Report the changes and additions to contractual agreements by main contractors, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractor. • Monitor, verify, and document the work being performed by site engineers and subcontractors. • Prepare all method statements in coordination with the QA/QC and HSE departments. • Prepare man power analysis, tools and equipment list required. • Prepare BOQ’s, payment certificates and check then approve all subcontractors’ payments. • Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, and ensure that proper procedures are being carried out. • Investigate equipment and system failures or unexpected maintenance problems. • Liaise with local authorities such as municipality, civil defense and ministerial agencies having jurisdiction over the project.

(G.I Duct Work, black steel Piping GI piping, PVC Piping, PPR pipes) • Supervise the installation of all mechanical infrastructure work (HDPE pipes, Concrete pipes, PVC pipes, • Supervise the Erection of Mechanical Equipment (Chillers, Chilled water Pumps, FCU’s, AHU’s ,FAHU’S , Split Ducted Units, Water Pumps, Fire Pumps,ETC…………..) • Ensure that all construction activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all site activities
