SO by Sana Osmani is a luxury resort wear brand empowering every woman to feel her finest. In addition to building the brand's three-year business plan, I was responsible for launching the boutique at The Dubai Mall. I enhanced the boutique layout to optimize customer flow and practicality. Established a solid foundation for operations excellence by developing policies, procedures, handbooks, guidelines, and training materials. Among the achievements were the reduction of fit-out costs and the reformation of the cost and pricing structure to improve profitability.

Lead the retail team in UAE and KSA. Achieved the fastest recovery from COVID19 pandemic with a year-to-date increase in revenue and reduction in different fixed costs. Expanded the customer base and boosted revenue through partnerships. Designed and implemented annual and seasonal promotional calendar in coordination with commercial and marketing team.

Successfully launched and overseen the operation of multiple boutiques across the Middle East – New and renovated. Designed, managed, and controlled the ordering and stock control process. Played a key role in recruitment, training, and the preparation of VM and CRM material, and implemented a unique detailed training program to increase employee productivity. Accomplishments include increase stock rotation by over 50% and automation of stock management and ordering process.

Developed tailor-made programs, educational resources, and evaluation methods to address the needs of the organization and staff. Oversaw and managed inventory and sales to guarantee seamless operations and healthy stock levels in flagship stores and travel retail outlets. Reformed visual displays to align with local trends while maintaining compliance with company standards.
