I specialize in scaling early- and growth-stage companies that have achieved product-market fit and are ready to accelerate. At Smart Access, I scaled the frontline enablement platform to 10s of thousands of paid users, driving 250% YoY growth while improving customer retention (+33%) and performance (+7%). At Workfront (acquired by Adobe), I co-led a 420-person product & engineering org, growing ARR from $115M to $200M+ and 1M users worldwide, and spearheading a full UX redesign that boosted adoption. Earlier, as a founding exec at ClientSuccess, I took the company from concept to $1M ARR. At Vivint, I helped scale the company to a $2B valuation and filed 15 patents in UX for home automation.
